PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase re:do with your order, you enjoy FREE Unlimited Exchanges or Return for Store Credit. This means you can exchange or get store credit at no additional cost (you get a free return label). However, for returns for refunds, the return shipping is at your cost, and you have an option to return on your own, or with a label purchased at the Return Center.
We understand when you need to return an item. We will gladly refund for items in their original un-worn condition. Please include items' original packaging in the return. Items must be returned within 45 days of receipt.
For holidays, we make an exception: items must be returned within 60 days of receipt if you made your order in November or December.

RETURNS
You may start a return at our Return Center, which will guide you in completing your return. Please note that unless an item was damaged or shipped incorrectly, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
